G arlic and herb bread rolls baked in my cast iron pan:

I’m quite happy with the texture but the bread could’ve used more butter on top, along with the coarse salt that I forgot to sprinkle on top. A little bland but nothing some more salted butter can’t fix. I’ll definitely make this again.
